Anthony Willis

Anthony joined GenNx360 Capital Partners in 2010. Anthony has worked with portfolio companies to drive operational improvements, covering areas such as productivity, cost out, lean six sigma and supply chain initiatives. Additionally, he provides analytical, operational and transactional support on investments made by the firm.

Prior to joining GenNx360, Anthony was an electronics engineer for the Department of Defense. He was responsible for driving productivity improvements through the development of software and hardware on the C-17 aircraft. Moreover, he significantly reduced labor and maintenance costs by simplifying the expedited testing process. He has also worked at the New York City Retirement System and Silverline Partners and another Middle Market Private Equity Firm.

Anthony earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and an MBA in Finance & Operations Management from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, where he was awarded a Howard E. Mitchell Fellow and Citi Leadership Fellow. In addition, he has been active in a number of non-profit and community organizations including the Robert Toigo Foundation and Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT).
