GenNx360 Capital Partners Announces AeroRepair’s Acquisition of Aero Tire and Tank, LLC, DBA Dallas Centerline

April 2, 2020 - GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx360”) is pleased to announce its portfolio company, AeroRepair Corp (“AeroRepair”), has acquired Aero Tire and Tanks, LLC, DBA Dallas Centerline (“Dallas Centerline” or “DCL”). The acquisition represents AeroRepair’s first add-on acquisition since GenNx360’s investment in the platform in in December 2019. Based in Dallas, Texas, Dallas Centerline is a provider of wheel and brake repair and overhaul services to the commercial, corporate, and military aviation industry.
Dallas Centerline was founded in 1971 as a fuel cell repair station. The company added wheel and brake repair and overhaul services for general and regional aircraft in the mid-1980s. Recognized for their quality workmanship and strong customer service, Dallas Centerline has been the recipient of the MRO Wheel and Brake Top Shop award in 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018 and were a 2020 finalist for the Top Shop award.
