January 5, 2022 – GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx360”) is pleased to announce its portfolio company, B2B Industrial Packaging (“B2B”), has acquired Accurate Packaging & Fulfillment, LLC (“Accurate”) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Accurate is B2B Industrial Packaging’s eighth acquisition since GenNx360’s investment in the platform in October 2020.
Accurate Packaging & Fulfillment, LLC offers contract packaging, fulfillment, trucking, shrink films, tapes and boxes among other supplies. In addition to production areas and warehouse storage, their facility offers a conditioned state of the art clean room. All space is access controlled for safe storage of product. Customers are a top priority, with a pledge to save customers money by offering the most up-to-date systems to increase production rates and minimize waste.
This acquisition will deliver many benefits to Accurate clients who will enjoy the big company resources that B2B Industrial Packaging offers such as more products and services, a large portfolio of channel partners, and a deep bench of expertise; along with the individual attention that only a smaller company typically provides.
