July 26, 2021 – GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx360”) is pleased to announce its portfolio company, B2B Industrial Packaging (“B2B”), has acquired Allen Packaging Company (“Allen”) in Tustin, California. Allen Packaging is B2B Industrial Packaging’s fourth acquisition since GenNx360’s investment in the platform on October 8, 2020.
