August 4, 2022 - GenNx360 Capital Partners ("GenNx360) is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Whitsons Culinary Group (“Whitsons”), has acquired Lintons Food Service Management (“Lintons”), based in Blue Ball, Pennsylvania. This marks the first acquisition for Whitsons Culinary Group since GenNx360 announced its majority investment in the platform in September of 2021.
Headquartered in Islandia, New York, Whitsons is a provider of dining services to consumers and public and private organizations throughout the Northeast. Whitsons Culinary Group began in 1979 and is now the 15th largest food service management company and the fourth largest K-12 food service operator in the United States.
The acquisition enables Whitsons to further expand existing business lines in the healthcare, residential and education industries, specifically in schools, long-term care facilities, hospitals and community/public health facilities.
