GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx360”), a New York-based private equity firm focused on middle-market business services and industrial companies today announced that Sean Epps has joined the firm as a Managing Partner and Katie Fullalove has joined the firm as a Principal, respectively. Together, they bring nearly 45 years of private markets experience to GenNx360 and will play key roles in sourcing and executing new investment opportunities and partnering with executive management teams in support of their strategic business initiatives.

Sean joins GenNx360 with over 30 years of private equity experience and a strong track record of investing in and scaling industrial and business services companies. Over the course of his career, he has invested more than $850 million across 14 platform companies and executed more than 100 add-on acquisitions. Sean has served on the boards of over 20 companies over the course of his career, serving as Chairman of several. He is recognized for his deep transactional expertise, disciplined investment approach, and consistent ability to drive transformational growth. Prior to joining the firm, Sean served in numerous leadership roles at A&M Capital, Snow Phipps, J.P. Morgan Partners, Paribas Principal Partners, and Chase’s Merchant Banking Group.

 

Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honors from Hamilton College, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Katie brings to the firm more than 15 years of transaction experience across private equity, corporate development, and investment banking. She possesses deep experience and relationships across the food supply chain and adjacent service sectors, with additional experience in the broader business services industry, and has served on multiple boards.

 

Prior to joining GenNx360, Katie held the position of Principal at Palladium Equity Partners. Earlier in her career, she worked at Arlon Group, Chicago Growth Partners, AB InBev, and Lincoln International.

 

Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Economics from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, and a dual Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Finance, and Management from The Wharton School and International Studies from University of Pennsylvania’s The Lauder Institute.
