Matthew Guenther is Appointed Partner at GenNx360 Capital Partners

GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on industrial business-to-business companies with $50 million to $500 million in revenues, announced today that Matthew Guenther has been appointed partner effective October 1, 2010.
Mr. Guenther joined GenNx360 in January 2007 and has since served as a leading principal on several of GenNx360’s portfolio investments including GVI Security Solutions, a leading provider of video surveillance and security software and services; Trimaster Manufacturing Inc., an integrated manufacturer of precision components and complex sub-assemblies for sophisticated machinery; and Vertex Group Ltd., a leading international business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer management outsourcing (CMO) provider.
Prior to joining GenNx360, Mr. Guenther was responsible for new investment and portfolio management at Walden Capital Partners LP. Earlier, Mr. Guenther worked for KPMG Consulting in the strategic/financial planning and analysis department where he was responsible for developing business plans, analyzing acquisition targets and managing strategic initiatives for the consulting practice.
