March 18, 2020 - GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx360”) is pleased to announce its portfolio company, GenServe, has acquired Atlantic Switch and Generator (“ASG”) of Pennsauken, New Jersey. Atlantic Switch and Generator is GenServe’s fourth acquisition since GenNx360’s investment in the platform in April 2018.
ASG provides maintenance and repair services to industrial generators and backup power solutions, as well as generator and equipment sales and rentals. They have extensive knowledge of emergency generators, diesel, gasoline, and natural gas engines, automatic transfer switches, generator paralleling systems and related control equipment. With over 80 years of combined experience in generator and switch repair, ASG currently serves some of the area’s largest hospitals, casinos, universities and industrial facilities.
GenServe is a leading independent provider of scheduled and emergency power generator maintenance, repair and sales in the North Atlantic region, with significant presence across Texas and Florida. GenServe serves primarily commercial customers in various industries.
The strategic acquisition of ASG allows GenServe to continue to strengthen its repair and maintenance portfolio in the Southern New Jersey area while further expanding into states further south such as Delaware and Maryland.
